The larger tech companies seem to push most their jobs out to third party hiring firms, such as Adobe, Intuit, Paypal, EA, where as smaller tech companies are most likely to hire internally or without 3rd party help. The larger the company, the more job openings are available, likely they are struggling to fill these positions internally and have been relying more heavily by the year on online job posting sites such as Indeed. Outside of the top couple mega companies, the hiring curve evens out with most other companies only seeking to fill a handful of positions at their companies every year.
